SHIPPING AND RETURNS:What items are eligible for returns?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused, unworn, unaltered items within 30 days of order date. All items must have manufacturer hang tags intact by our custom colored round fasteners. All product packaging and associated accessories (e.g. belt, hat, headband, purse, etc) must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without manufacturer hang tags intact or associated accessories may be rejected or incur 20% handling fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. Any product(s) that have been re-sized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
When can I return my items?
You may return eligible items within the return window (30 days of order date) for a full refund of the item's price. During the holidays, return period is extended through January 15th for orders received between November 15th and December 15th. Orders received after December 15th can be returned within the return window (30 days of order date).
REFUNDS AND RESTOCKING FEES:
If your eligible items is received within the return window (30 days of order date), full refund of the item's price will be issued back to the original form of payment. The original shipping fees is nonrefundable unless your return is a result of our error.
If your eligible items is received past the return window but within 45 days of delivery, 20% restocking will apply and partial refund (80% of the item's price) will be issued back to the original form of payment. The original shipping fees is nonrefundable unless your return is a result of our error.
Free Returns
We offer free Return-For-Exchange for eligible items within 30-days of order date. A prepaid return label will be provided upon receipt of replacement/exchange order. Free Return-For-Exchange is available to delivery addresses in the Continental United States only and excluding Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
